Susan Hanley Duncan Named Executive Director of the Kentucky Bar Foundation and Kentucky IOLTA Fund

The Kentucky Bar Foundation and Kentucky IOLTA Fund welcome Susan Hanley Duncan as their new Executive Director. Duncan brings over 30 years of distinguished leadership experience in legal education and the legal profession to her new role. Most recently, she served as Dean of the University of Mississippi School of Law, becoming the first woman to hold that position in a permanent capacity. Prior to Ole Miss, Duncan spent 17 years at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, serving as a professor and holding an interim dean position. During that time, she also served as an ex-officio member of the KBF Board of Directors.

Duncan succeeds prior Executive Director Guion Johnstone, who currently serves as the Director of Academic Enhancement & Bar Success Program for the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law.
